What You Can Gain

People typically enter or reenter therapy when they are facing a new challenge that they do not feel like they have the tools or strength to manage.

Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we can examine past behaviors and patterns and create realistic goals to work towards. I believe that everyone has the ability to make behavioral changes, but sometimes they do not know how. I feel lucky to join individuals in this process and watching as they make progress towards a more fulfilling life.
