The process of entering therapy and finding the right therapist can be challenging, but once you do, it can be so rewarding.

By creating a nonjudgmental environment, I help individuals explore and make sense of patterns in their lives that may be causing them anxiety, stress, and emotional pain. I take a warm and direct approach to help my clients build both short- and long-term goals for themselves in order to start to imagine the life that they would like to live.
